  • Yes, the Studio calendar is a great way to see at a glance what is happening in the studio. It’s the place where you can see where each project is up to which is great if you’re not working closely on those projects.

  • Yes, the Project List tab is a great way to see each project, client name and contact numbers at a glance.

  • Yes, the Studio whiteboard is where you can allocate tasks, to you or one of your team members. You can also allocate reminders eg: make sure the plumber provides his quote, and you can mark them as low, medium or high priority. You can also put them in To Do, In Progress, In Review or completed.

  • Yes! You can use the time tracker to track your time and then invoice your clients for the time you or your team have spent on their project.

  • Yes, the Supplier tab is where you enter your suppliers, its like an address book, that way everyone is at your fingertips
