Week One

After you have purchased the Systems and Processes Health Check we will send you a detailed Pre-Coaching Questionnaire and arrange your first session with Beth.

This questionnaire will concentrate on your key focus area, ensuring that the coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs and drive tangible improvements.

Week Two

Our first 1-hour video session where we discuss your businesses and talk through your issues.

Week Five

Our second 1-hour video session we will discuss your progress with the Strategic Action Guide.

Week Four

This is your implementation week, where you get to put into action what we have talked about in your Strategic Action Guide.

Week Eight

Our final 1-hour video call were we can tidy up any last questions you have around your new systems and processes.

Throughout the 8 weeks we will have a dedicated WhatsApp chat where you can ask questions and workshop any problems.

With over 13 years experience in the design industry and having run my own studio for 6 years I know intimately the challenges that face studio owners.

My role as general manager for one of Australia’s leading interior designers led me to develop systems and processes that I refined in my own studio.

Now I want to help other desigerns learn from my experience.
